James S.

James S. has extensive work experience in the field of business development and security. James is currently working as a Customer Success Executive at Omnigo since 2022. Prior to this, they worked for Omnigo Software Solutions from 2018 to 2022, holding the position of Business Development Manager for the Education & Health Care sector. James also served as a Regional Account Manager for the West Region at Omnigo Software in 2018.

Before joining Omnigo, James worked as a Business Partner at Schumann Kelley & Associates from 2010 to 2020. James also held leadership roles in security at several educational institutions, including Minnesota State University, Moorhead, as Director of Public Safety from 2016 to 2017, Hamline University as Director of Safety and Security from 2011 to 2015, and College of St. Benedict as Executive Director of Facilities, Security and Safety from 2008 to 2011.

James began their career at Normandale Community College in 1993 as the Director of Safety and Security. In this role, they were responsible for managing security and environmental health and safety, conducting employee training, and overseeing hazardous waste and disposal. James remained in this position until 1999.

James S. obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration and Political Science and Government from St. Cloud State University, where they studied from 1986 to 1989. James further pursued their education at the same institution and completed their Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from 1989 to 1991.
