Chad Green

Director of Artificial Intelligence at Omnilert

Chad Green has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Most recently, they are currently serving as the Director of Artificial Intelligence at Omnilert since May 2021.

Prior to that, they founded their own company, Lantern LLC, in 2017, where they held the role of President and Founder. The company focused on using technology to save lives and prevent injury.

From 2005 to 2017, Chad worked at Artis, where they held various roles. Chad started as the VP of Engineering, managing program development and supporting business development activities. Later, they served as the Deputy Program Manager and Electronic Systems Lead Engineer, supporting proposal development and overseeing electronics development for the Iron Curtain program. Prior to that, they were the Optical Sensors/Electronic Systems Lead Engineer, responsible for designing and testing optical sensors and electronic systems for defense research.

Chad began their career in 2003 at Northrop Grumman as an Electrical Engineer. Chad developed new testing methods for MEMS systems and designed automated systems for inertial sensors.

Chad also has prior experience as an Engineering Technician at BioFire Diagnostics, LLC from 2001 to 2003.

Chad Green pursued their education at the University of Utah, beginning in 1995. Over the course of nine years, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 2004. Following this, they continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree in Physics Instrumentation, specializing in this field from 2004 to 2006.
