Dave Fraser

Dave Fraser has extensive work experience in the technology industry, having held various leadership roles in several companies. Dave is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Omnilert, where they are leading the development of artificial intelligence solutions to address the issue of gun violence. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Product Officer at iPass/Pareteum, overseeing product strategy and management.

From 2004 to 2019, Dave was the CEO of Devicescape, a company that built a global network platform using software and free spectrum. Dave played a key role in developing the Curated, Virtual Network (CVN) which provided access, insights, and engagement services at a large scale and competitive prices.

Dave also had significant experience at Wind River, where they held various positions including Chief Product Officer, SVP Products, VP/GM Networking and Consumer Business Unit, Vice President Engineering, and Director of Products. In these roles, they were responsible for driving product development, marketing, and business development efforts, leading to the company's market leadership position.

Before joining Wind River, Dave worked at Unisys/Convergent Technologies, where they served as a Product Line Marketing Manager. Dave started their career at Hewlett Packard as a Software Engineering Manager.

Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated their expertise in product strategy, management, and development, as well as their ability to drive business growth and innovation in the technology industry.

Dave Fraser has a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Glasgow. In 1994, they attended the Stanford Executive Institute for Executive Management.
