Robin Dear

Robin was recently the CFO of Cash Plus / Advanced Payments Solutions, a group regulated by the FCA providing banking and credit facilities to both the SME sector and individual consumers. Robin, as a founder member, took the business from a pre-funding business plan, helping raise the initial venture capital funding, to a highly profitable organisation processing over £4 billion in customer transactions annually and employing over 150 people. Prior to this, Robin has held senior finance and general management roles, from start-up and turnaround businesses, to senior finances role in blue chip organisations including Citibank Diners Club and Universal. He holds an MBA from Henley.
