Stephen Brown

Stephen Brown has over 15 years of experience in the banking and travel industries. Stephen began their career in 2001 as a Branch Manager at TUI Travel PLC, where they were responsible for customer interactions and managing multiple store managers. In 2006, they moved to Santander UK as a Banking Manager. From 2008 to 2021, Stephen held a Senior Bank Manager role at TSB Bank, where they had a successful track record of managing teams of direct reports across various key areas with a sales environment. Theirrole included specialising in conduct and operational risk, change and transformation, business migration analysis, sales and HR, and working with key stakeholders to implement change and improvement throughout business transformation in both HR and Sales Management. Currently, Stephen is working as a Business Analyst at OMNIO.

Stephen Brown attended Eastwood High from 1996 to 2001. In 2015, they obtained a CertRet Banking certification from the IFA.
