Michelle Toward

Michelle Toward has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles throughout their career. Michelle began their career at Lincolnshire Police as an HR Workforce Planning Officer in 2008, where they worked until 2012. Michelle then moved on to Transport for London, where they held roles including HR Workforce Planning Analyst and Organisation Design & Skills Specialist from 2012 to 2019. Currently, they are working at Omniplex Learning, starting as an HR Manager in 2020 and then progressing to the role of Human Resources Director in 2023.

Michelle Toward attended the University of York from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bsc degree in Psychology.
