Amit Saluja

Amit Saluja serves as Omnispace’s Chief Business Officer and General Counsel. In this role, he leverages his diverse corporate and commercial law and financial transactions expertise to oversee Omnispace’s global legal and compliance activities, partnering initiatives and business operations.

Amit Saluja brings more than 20 years of diverse legal and business experience to Omnispace. Previously, Amit was a corporate and transactional partner at Hogan Lovells in the Washington, D.C. and New York offices where he started his career. At Hogan, Amit specialized in corporate law, SEC reporting, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Later, at Howrey LLP he served as Partner and Deputy General Counsel, where he was responsible for providing legal and business advice concerning affairs of the firm. There, he also served as the firm’s Managing Director of Global Services, leading its captive litigation support, e-discovery and economic consulting business unit. He later served as Senior Vice President for Corporate Development and Legal Affairs at Vubiquity, a Carlyle Group and Columbia Capital-backed leading global provider of multiplatform video services. While at Vubiquity, Amit managed legal and business affairs, compliance, strategic transactions and financings, including the company’s private equity investment from The Carlyle Group and acquisition of UK-based On Demand Group.

He holds his juris doctor and bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University. He is a member of the bar in Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia and New York.
