Benjamin Grimes has over 35 years of experience in IT, beginning as a programmer at IBM and rising through various leadership roles in customer service, engineering, and operations across startups and established companies. They have served as Executive VP of Corporate Strategy and CTO at Avocent, VP of Global Customer Service at Broadcom Software, and currently hold the same title at Omnissa. A strong advocate for building diverse teams and fostering a culture of growth, Benjamin has also contributed as a board member for multiple organizations, including the Technology Association of Georgia. They are passionate about mentoring and creating impactful environments at the intersection of technology and operations. Benjamin holds a BSEE in Computer Architecture and Design from Purdue University.
