Patrick McLinden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and consulting. From March 2003 to January 2005, McLinden served as the Consulting Practice Lead at Wonderlic Consulting, where systems for employee selection were designed and implemented for Fortune 1000 companies. Following this, McLinden consulted at Allstate Insurance Company, focusing on talent management and strategic change programs, and held a role as a Research Analyst at Pearson, managing research initiatives for the Transportation Security Administration.
