Scott Alexander

Scott Alexander, CISSP, is a Senior Manager in Information Security Operations at Omnissa, where they currently lead the Information Security team. Previously, Scott held key roles at VMware, including Team Lead for the Detection and Response Team, overseeing a team of analysts focused on cyber threat detection and response. Scott also gained valuable experience as a Technology Services Intern at BNSF Railway and worked as a SOC Analyst and Security Engineer, where they specialized in incident response and security operations. Scott earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas and previously studied Aerospace Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
