Previously, Michael was the VP of Partner at Astronomer, where strategic partnerships were established to boost marketplace revenue. In the role of Sr. Director of Business Development at Confluent, revenue from the Azure Business grew by 528% year over year through strategic partnerships, including a major agreement with Microsoft. Michael's career also includes significant contributions as Sr. Director of Global Strategic Alliances at Citrix, focusing on go-to-market efforts and product integration with Microsoft technologies. Michael earned a BS in MBIS from George Fox University and is pursuing an MBA at the University of Colorado.
