Pablo Bertón

Pablo Bertón is an experienced engineering leader currently serving at Omnistrate since April 2023. Previously held a similar position at Rippling and served as a Software Engineering Manager and Tech Lead at Confluent, focusing on a cloud-native service for Apache Kafka®. Pablo's extensive career includes roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Software Development Manager and Senior Software Development Engineer, contributing to the development of Amazon Aurora, as well as a Senior Consultant at Microsoft, where impactful projects were executed using Microsoft Technologies. Additional experience includes positions at Arkano Software, Urudata Software, and various teaching roles at EmpowerU and Universidad ORT Uruguay. Pablo holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Universidad de Chile and a Computer Software Engineer degree from Universidad ORT Uruguay, along with a Stanford Ignite - Global Program in Innovation and Entrepreneurship certification from Stanford University.
