Mansi Rokad

Mansi Rokad is a proficient Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and onboarding across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at Omnitech Engineering Limited since December 2025, Mansi previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Specialist at Esteem, where responsibilities included ISO 14001 & 45001 documentation audit handling and managing the complete hiring process. Prior to that, as a Human Resources Executive at Macpower CNC Machines Limited, Mansi oversaw the full recruitment cycle and coordinated induction processes for new hires. Mansi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in HR and Marketing from Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University, graduating in May 2025.
