Brian Dang

Brian Dang is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development, investor relations, and equity research. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Development and M&A at OmniTRAX, Inc. since August 2023, Brian previously held the position of Director of Investor Relations at Energy Vault from June 2022 to August 2023. Brian's prior roles include investment equity research at Janus Henderson Investors U.S., equity research associate positions at Wolfe Research, LLC and FBR, and an investment banking analyst role at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Brian's early career includes a financial analyst role at Boeing, where analytical skills were honed, and an internship at Horizon Capital Group focusing on financial modeling and investment analysis. Brian holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from Virginia Tech.
