Wayne Chi

Wayne Chi has a diverse work history, primarily in the semiconductor industry. Wayne started their career in 2001 at Intel Product (Shanghai) Ltd, where they held various roles such as Manufacturing Dept. Manager and Materials Manager. During their time there, they managed over 700 employees and oversaw production operations, equipment technical support, manufacturing systems, production scheduling, operation training, and lean manufacturing programs. In 2008, they joined Intel Semiconductor (Dalian) Ltd as the Sort (Wafer Probing) Operation Director. Wayne later moved to OmniVision in 2010 as the VP of Operation, China, where they were responsible for managing OmniVision Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co. Ltd.

Wayne Chi obtained a Master's degree in Material Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in the period of 1989-1996. Subsequently, they pursued an MBA specializing in Investment from Fudan University, lasting from 1998-2000. Lastly, they completed an EMBA program focusing on Business Administration and Management at Tsinghua University, spanning from 2017-2019.
