Steven Shape

Steven Shape is a Partner and the Chair of the Intellectual Property Practice at Omnus Law, where they leverage extensive experience in patent, trademark, copyright, and intellectual property litigation. They have practiced law since 1982, serving a diverse clientele including startups and Fortune 500 companies, and have a record of achieving successful outcomes in complex intellectual property disputes. Their previous roles include managing partner at Steven M. Shape & Associates and partner at Dennemeyer and Merchant & Gould P.C., as well as executive vice president of the Falcons Hockey Association. Steven holds a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
