B A. has over twenty years of experience in the IT industry. From 1997 to 1999, B A. worked at Axcelis Technologies as a Project Administrator, HR Administrator and Web Designer, and HR Information Analyst. From 1999 to 2011, B A. was employed at Lockheed Martin as a Software Infrastructure Project and Integration Manager, IT Program Manager and Software Engineer, and Applications Software Engineer. From 2011 to 2015, B A. worked at BZAN Consulting and Praxis Engineering as a System and Software Development Tech Lead and System and Software Engineer. Finally, from 2015 to 2018, B A. was employed at Omnyon as Lead System Engineer, System Integration and Test Engineer, and Software and System Development Tech Lead.

B A. obtained a MS in Software Engineering from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a BBA in Computer Information Systems and Sciences and a BBA in Business Management (concentration in MIS) from the University of the District of Columbia in 1999. B A. also holds certifications from the Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, INCOSE, and the Project Management Institute, including a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), and Project Management Professional (PMP). Additionally, they have a certification in ColdFusion Developer.
