John Garabedian

John Garabedian has over thirty years of experience in the finance and consulting industries. John began their career in 1987 as a Project Manager at KPMG Consulting. In 1991, they moved to the Mac Group / Gemini Consulting and became a Partner and Vice President. In 1997, they joined The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Senior Advisor and remained in this role until 2007 when they became a Senior Partner and Managing Director. In 2012, they retired from BCG and remained a Senior Advisor focused on financial services and civic activities.

In 2018, John joined KB Partners as a General Partner and Investor. John's role focused on investing behind great founders, leading deals, and providing strategic value through an unprecedented network. John also served as a Venture Partner and Investor, assisting with assessment of investment opportunities and providing strategic advice and support of portfolio companies. John also joined EVO Payments, Inc. as a Board Director.

In 2019, John became an Advisor and Investor at SentiLink and a Board Director at Treliant. In 2021, they joined Alembic Technologies, Inc. as a Board Director and OMORPHO as a Board Director. In 2022, they joined nVenue as a Board Director.

John Garabedian received their Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Business, and Economics from Frostburg State University between 1979 and 1982. John then went on to obtain their Masters of Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 1985.
