Ben Swerts is an experienced professional with a strong background in software development and team management. Since September 2014, Swerts has held the position of Senior Team Manager and Software Development Manager at OMP. Prior to this, from June 2010 to July 2014, Swerts worked at KLA-Tencor as a Software Engineering Manager specializing in Wafer Inspection and Photovoltaic Inspection. Swerts began a career in the industry at Icos Vision Systems from February 2007 to June 2010, serving as a Team Leader in Photovoltaic Inspection and a Software Engineer.
