Carol Huang

Carol (Ye) Huang is a seasoned Global Talent Acquisition Professional with extensive experience in recruitment and HR strategy development. Currently at OMP since September 2022, Carol focuses on creating hiring strategies for OMP China, managing the entire selection process, and collaborating with the Global HR Team on various HR operational tasks. Prior experience includes a role as a Recruiting Consultant at Midea Group, where Carol assisted in defining new positions, conducted talent market intelligence research, and facilitated the complete hiring process. Earlier, as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist at FocusKPI, Inc., Carol established employer branding and organized industry forums. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Strategic Marketing Communication from Emerson College and a Bachelor's degree in New Media and Online Journalism from Shanghai International Studies University. Additionally, Carol participated in a Bachelor's exchange program in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia at Anglo-American University in Prague.
