Elke Servaes is a Chief Excellence Officer with 20 years of experience in people, team, and project management within international consulting environments. Previously, they held various significant roles at OMP, including Vice President Customer Solutions, where they directed global corporate excellence initiatives and optimized working processes across departments. Elke started their career as a Quality Engineer at Brington Industries Ltd and has also served as a Sourcing Coordinator at VF Europe, linking contractors with internal departments to ensure efficient production. They hold a degree in Civil Engineering from Ghent University and have completed specialized training in project management and people management.
