John Taylor is a seasoned IT professional with over 15 years of experience in software development, enterprise support, integration, and system administration. Currently, they serve as a Senior Customer Application Consultant at OMP, following a role as the global lead for the User Experience Technologies Product Area at SAP, where they championed Knowledge Centered Support and acted as the primary escalation point for critical issues. John’s past experience also includes serving as a Business Systems Analyst/Programmer at Vulcan Materials Company and as a Senior Support Engineer, where they focused on technical troubleshooting and customer education. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Auburn University.
