Luc Roobrouck

Luc Roobrouck has extensive experience in the field of customer services and business applications, currently serving as a Business Application Expert at OMP since November 2011, with previous roles including Customer Services Expert, Senior Customer Services Consultant, and Customer Services Consultant. Prior to joining OMP, Luc held positions at Euroclear from September 2003 to October 2011, including Associate Manager, where responsibilities involved designing and managing software projects in the financial sector, as well as coaching and training colleagues. Additionally, Luc started as an Analyst at Euroclear, focusing on implementation, testing, and maintenance of software applications. Luc holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electrical Engineering from KU Leuven, obtained from 1997 to 2002.
