Ruchika Pal

Ruchika Pal is an experienced HR professional with a background in human resources spanning over seven years. Currently, Ruchika serves as an HR Professional at OMP since May 2021. Prior experience includes roles at IndoStar Capital Finance Ltd. from August 2020 to May 2021, and at AgriBazaar from July 2016 to July 2020, where Ruchika contributed to one of India's largest agri e-commerce platforms.
