Tom Heye

Tom Heye is a Senior Change Manager at OMP, drawing on extensive experience in project management and communication across various sectors. They served as Managing Partner and Project Manager at AdVision International BVBA, overseeing audiovisual support and project management from 1999 to 2000. As the founder of ATOMIQ BVBA from 2000 to 2005, Tom provided consultancy services in the MICE sector. They also held multiple managerial roles at Johnson & Johnson and other organizations, with a focus on strategic organizational communications and graphic services. Tom completed a Master's degree in Communication and a Bachelor's in Political & Social Sciences from Ghent University.
