Yves Miserez

Yves Miserez is an experienced leadership development expert and change management coach, currently serving as a Consultant for leadership development at OMP since June 2022. With a freelance background that began in February 1998 at OptimaFacto, Yves has collaborated with notable organizations such as Compass Group and Siemens. In addition to a role as Senior Lead Consultant at Leonardo3.4.5 Belgium since April 2021, Yves has been the Leadership Development Manager at 2-LEAD since January 2011, focusing on enhancing leadership and team performance through structured projects and assessments.
