Dul Seo

Dul Seo currently serves as the Head of OMR Jobs & HR at OMR since March 2015, focusing on the implementation of innovative recruiting and employer branding strategies, the development of customized HR solutions, and the management of recruiting events. Prior experience at OMR includes roles in Sales and Business Development, where Dul Seo successfully closed strategic deals, managed key accounts, and identified new business opportunities. Dul Seo began a career at OMR as a Werkstudent and Praktikant, contributing to customer acquisition and social media efforts. Prior to OMR, Dul Seo gained sales experience at Diesel from May 2012 to March 2015. Dul Seo holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Technische Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 2013 and 2016.
