Heidi Stamer

Heidi Stamer is an accomplished consultant and moderator at OMR since January 2018, where Heidi also serves as Head of Strategy & Operations and co-founded the initiative 50/50. Stamer co-founded and held the position of Managing Director at Boutique Drinks from May 2024 to April 2025 and founded wundercareer between January 2023 and February 2024. Previous experience includes serving as Account Director at Nanigans, which was acquired by Sprinklr, and holding various roles at start-ups such as Co-Founder at Smileshare and Director of Business Development at RockYou!. Stamer's career began at Steelpoint Capital Partners as a Senior Associate and includes contributions to the development of a business plan for a Micro Focus database start-up. Academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Philosophy, French, and Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington, along with a certificat in International Relations from Sciences Po Aix.
