Marcus Merheim

Marcus Merheim is an accomplished entrepreneur and marketing professional, currently serving as the Founder and Managing Director of hooman EMPLOYER MARKETING since June 2021, where the focus is on helping companies define their employer identity. Alongside this role, Marcus holds several positions including Leadspeaker for Employer Branding at OMR, columnist at Personalwirtschaft and Hamburger Morgenpost, and podcaster at ZEIT Talent. Additionally, Marcus contributes as a lecturer at Quadriga University of Applied Sciences and has been the Chair of the “Work Environment of the Future” section at Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft since September 2019. Previous experience includes Director of Marketing & Growth at DEBA GmbH, and various marketing roles at XING and Michael Page. Marcus earned a Master of Business Administration in Digital and Media Management from Hamburg Media School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Marketing from Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences. Further education includes a certification as Employer Brand Manager from the Technical University of Munich.
