Marius Mohn

Marius Mohn is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in the gastronomy sector. Currently serving as Teamlead Gastro at OMR since September 2022, Marius oversees the gastronomy aspects of the OMR Festival. As a co-founder of Cheflife.de since July 2019, Marius provides a range of kitchen tools and products tailored for professional chefs. Previous roles include Sous Chef at THE FONTENAY Hamburg and at Hotel Süllberg, as well as experience in catering with Rolling Taste, where Marius held positions as Sous Chef and Chef Tournant. Marius began culinary training at Hapag-Lloyd Cruises as Demi Chef de Partie. Educational background includes studies at Staatliche Gewerbeschule Gastronomie und Ernährung Hamburg and Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
