Remco Koster

Remco Koster is currently a Transformatie Manager for Integrale Organisatie Vernieuwing at Omring and has held various leadership roles within the organization since 2023. Prior to this, Remco was a manager at Stichting Vrijwaard, where responsibilities included optimizing care quality and contributing to a significant merger with Omring. Remco's extensive background in healthcare management includes experience as an ICU nurse and managerial positions in hospitals such as VU Medisch Centrum and St. Antonius Ziekenhuis. Remco holds a Master's degree in Management Culture and Change from NCOI Business School and is pursuing an Executive program focused on the future of elderly care at Leyden Academy on Vitality & Ageing. In addition, Remco has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Boutique Bed & Breakfast de Swaeneboet since 2016.
