Iulia Muntean

Iulia Muntean (Paşca) is a Department Manager Performance at OMV, where they define and monitor performance indicators and improvement programs across the Exploration and Production (E&P) business. Previously, Iulia held various roles at OMV, including Department Manager Upstream Planning and Planning Advisor, where they coordinated Mid Term Planning processes. Iulia also worked at Aviva as Head of Accounting and Financial Reporting and has extensive experience in financial management and accounting from positions at Holcim and S&T Romania. Iulia earned a Licenta degree in Finance, Insurance, Banking, and Stock Exchanges from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
