Anca Gridan

Anca Gridan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in asset accounting, currently serving as Team Leader Fixed Assets and Senior Expert Asset Accounting at OMV since August 2019. Anca has played a pivotal role as a key user in the implementation of SAP 4 Hana and BlackLine Smart Close, providing support for reconciliation issues, data migration validation, and process improvements. Prior to this role, Anca held various positions at OMV Petrom, where responsibilities included maintaining the accuracy of €2.7 billion in fixed assets and assisting multiple subsidiaries with asset accounting transactions. Earlier experience as an SAP CRM Consultant at Computer Sharing Bucuresti involved conducting business process analysis and providing user training. Anca holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
