Andreas Leitner

Andreas Leitner is an accomplished professional in the chemical and plastics industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Innovation & Technology at OMV since March 2023. Prior to this role, Andreas held various senior positions at Borealis from May 2010 to March 2023, including Director of Circular Economy Solutions, where responsibility encompassed the Profit and Loss for the Mechanical Recycling business. Other key roles at Borealis included Head of New Business Development, leading a multinational team in advancing Polyolefins markets, and Head of Strategic Marketing and Services, managing operational pricing for over 3.5 million tons.
