Andrei Ivanescu

Andrei Ivanescu has a diverse background in IT service management and education. They began their career at Connections Consult as a Service Desk Specialist before advancing to roles at OMV, including Senior Expert Process Governance and ITSM Process Manager. Andrei also held positions at Petrom, culminating as Team Leader of the IT Service Desk, where they coordinated operations and improved process performance. They were a Teaching Assistant at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, where they supported students in the Embedded Software curriculum. Andrei holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Economics, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, both from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
