Andrew Marron

Andrew Marron is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Transition Manager at OMV since February 2017, focusing on the integration of Shell's New Zealand assets. Previously held roles include Department Manager Production Engineering and Production & Engineering Manager at OMV, where responsibilities encompassed Production Technology and Engineering. Andrew's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Projects & Production at Mont D'Or and several positions at OMV, including Head of Production and Operations Manager at OMV New Zealand. Earlier career highlights include roles at Oxy as a Well Intervention Engineer and at Shell International E&P as a Production Technologist. Andrew holds an MEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
