Annika Lea

Annika Lea is an accomplished professional in information management and organizational improvement, currently serving as a Senior Expert at OMV since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Quality and Improvement Advisor at Aker BP ASA and as a Consultant at Bouvet ASA and OMV. Annika has a strong background in retail management, having worked as a Store Manager at Change Lingerie and as a Cashier at Elkjop Nordic AS and Lefdal Elektromarked. Annika holds a Master's degree in Change Management from the University of Stavanger and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Sciences and Management from the University of Inland Norway, complemented by an exchange semester at the University of Ljubljana and studies in HR and Organizational Development at the University of Agder.
