Barbara Cech

Barbara Cech is an experienced finance leader currently serving as Vice President of Record2Report at OMV, where they lead a team of 170 employees across Vienna and Bucharest. With over 17 years in the finance sector, including a decade in various leadership roles at OMV and seven years as a tax advisor at Deloitte Austria and TPA Horwath Austria, Barbara possesses extensive expertise in financial reporting, accounting, and tax. They are also a co-founder of the initiative "Women in Tax Austria," advocating for female empowerment and networking in the finance industry. Barbara’s goal is to make complex financial topics accessible and to promote visibility and equal opportunities for women in the field.
