Daniela Direder

Daniela Direder is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Department Manager for F&F Finance AT and Divisional ICS at OMV since June 2018, where responsibilities include Finance Management, Project and Work Package Lead, Transformation, Automatization, and Cards & EV Business. Previous positions at OMV included Department Manager for Controlling & Finance OIS, Senior Expert in Finance Processes, Senior Expert in Tax, and Expert in Indirect Tax. Before OMV, Daniela was VAT Manager at SEMIKRON International GmbH from June 2016 to May 2018 and worked as a Consultant in Indirect Tax at EY from February 2013 to May 2016. Daniela holds an International Mergers & Acquisitions Expert degree from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA), a Master of Arts in Tax Management from FH Campus Wien, and a Bachelor of Arts in Finanz-, Steuer- und Rechnungswesen from FHWien der WKW. Additionally, Daniela completed Matura at Tourismusschulen HLF Krems.
