Georg Hess

Georg Hess currently serves as the Department Manager for Digital Controlling Transformation at OMV, a role that focuses on enabling digitalization and developing sustainable controlling solutions while supporting decision-making within the CIO area and fostering team development. Prior to this position, Georg held various roles in controlling, including Expert Controlling Corporate and Junior Expert Controlling Downstream at OMV, where responsibilities included supporting management in decision-making and drafting reports for the executive board. Georg's earlier experiences also include positions at companies such as Bosch and Bank Burgenland AG, where skills in sales and customer care were developed. Georg holds a Master of Arts in Controlling from IMC Krems University and a Bachelor of Arts in Controlling from FH Burgenland, complemented by additional certifications in bookkeeping.
