Gerhard Nocker is currently the General Manager at Serept, OMV Tunisia, overseeing operations of the Ashtart offshore oilfield, which employs 500 individuals and manages an annual budget of USD 50-80 million. Having served as Regional Manager for the Middle East & Caspian Region at OMV from 2012 to 2014, they managed exploration and appraisal activities in Kurdistan and Yemen. Previously, Nocker held the position of Director for Change & Integration at OMV Petrom from 2007 to 2011, leading strategic projects during a major takeover process. Nocker holds a Diplomingenieur in Petroleum Engineering from Montanuniversität Leoben, as well as an MBA from GSBA Zürich and participation in several leadership programs.
