John Medhus has extensive experience in the geophysics and asset management fields, holding various senior-level positions since 1987. Currently serving as an Advisor in Asset Management at OMV since May 2014, John has also held roles such as Development Manager for the Iris Hades project and Senior Development Geophysicist. Prior to OMV, John worked as a Geophysical Advisor at Noreco and as Chief Geophysicist at Skeie Energy. Additional experience includes advisory roles at ConocoPhillips and Phillips 66, where contributions spanned from technical systems supervision to leadership in geophysics. John holds a Master of Management degree from BI Norwegian Business School and a Master of Science in Geophysics from the University of Bergen.
