Jone Hess is the Managing Director of OMV Norge AS, a position held since 2024. Prior to this, Jone served as Senior Vice President at both DEA Deutsche Erdoel AG and Wintershall Dea, where they led significant projects in field development and merger integration. Jone has also held various leadership roles at E.ON Exploration and Production and ExxonMobil, contributing to operations and reservoir engineering. Jone earned a Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Stavanger in 1992. Jone's military service was completed with the Norwegian Army from 1992 to 1993.
