Joshua Smaller

Joshua Smaller currently serves as the Department Manager for Production Operations at OMV, overseeing operations at the Maari Asset, including the FPSO Raroa and Tiro Tiro Moana WHP, with a focus on achieving safe and efficient production. Previous experience includes positions as Team Leader Operations for Maui Offshore and Night Team Leader for Offshore Installation Management. Joshua Smaller's career began with Shell, where responsibilities included serving as Production Team Lead and Permit Issuer during the MPB manned period, as well as working on the Prelude FLNG project as an Inlec Technician. Additionally, Joshua Smaller has experience with Shell Todd Oil Services as an Offshore Campaign Instrument Electrical Technician and as an Onshore Electrical Instrument Technician. Joshua Smaller received technical training at various institutions, including Wintec and the Electrical Training Company of New Zealand.
