Julia Benbow has extensive experience in the fields of talent management, learning and development, and organizational change across various organizations. Currently employed at OMV since July 2017, Julia focuses on digital innovation related to fuels and feedstock, emphasizing capabilities to address digitalization challenges within the energy transition. Julia began professional training as a Generalist HR Officer at Brakes Group and as an Assistant Manager at Pret A Manger, following the completion of a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Catering Management from the University of Surrey.
