Karl Edlinger

Karl Edlinger currently serves as the Manager of Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Retail at OMV since June 2023. With extensive experience at Flowserve Corporation since 2010, Karl holds the position of ESG/IMS/Facility Manager, overseeing Environmental and Social Response Management, Facility Management, and serving as the Management Representative for multiple standards including ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 50001, and SCC, while also acting as the Legal Compliance Manager. Prior experience includes roles as a Risk Analyst for Machine Safety and Explosion Protection at Treibacher Industrie AG and as a Safety and Environmental Surveyor at TÜV Austria. Karl's educational background includes a Master of Science in Safety and Security Management from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems and a Dipl.-Ing.(FH) in Machine Engineering from Technologie Transfer Zentrum Weiz, complemented by an engineering degree from Höhere technische Bundeslehr- und Versuchsanstalt Graz-Gösting.
