Manuela Rustler

Manuela Rustler is currently the Head of Department Operations Fuels 2 at OMV, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as the Department Manager Operations at the Schwechat Refinery, where they led a team of 50 and managed significant assets and budgets. Manuela's career includes roles as a brewer at Boxing Cat Brewery and Paulaner Brauerei GmbH & Co. KG, where they were involved in beer production and quality control. They hold a Master of Technology in Industrial Engineering and a Brewmaster and Maltmaster degree, alongside a diploma in Beer Sommelier, showcasing their expertise in both engineering and brewing.
