Matthias Gnauer has extensive experience in project management and IT coordination, currently serving as a Senior Project Program Manager and IT Project Portfolio Manager at OMV since June 2006. Responsibilities include managing yearly portfolio planning in collaboration with 26 department heads and ranking project ideas based on formalized criteria. Notable achievements include leading the successful implementation of a global IT system for managing acreage licenses as part of the Master Data Store project, overseeing 120 stakeholders. Additionally, Matthias has led the Technical Design Authority Group to develop the architecture for the Master Data Store system. Prior to OMV, Matthias worked as a Data Analyst at SAZ Marketing GmbH from 1999 to 2006. Matthias holds a Master of Science in International Project Management from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems and a Matura in Computer-/IT Management from Höhere technische Bundeslehranstalt in Wien Donaustadt.
