Michael Sonnleitner has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions within the energy sector, currently serving as Head of M&A Energy at OMV since October 2010, after holding various key positions in M&A Finance, Economics & Finance, and Value Controlling. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Deloitte Corporate Finance Advisory and an internship at Deutsche Bank Consult GmbH, where responsibilities involved data room administration and investment memorandums. Michael also completed internships at Robert Zapp Service GmbH in logistics/IT and database management. Academically, Michael graduated with High Honors from FH Joanneum and pursued a Master's in International Management at KEDGE Business School.
