Nicholas Shepherd

Nicholas Shepherd is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Maui Off Shore Asset Lead and Production Team Leader at OMV since July 2020, where responsibilities include ensuring safe operations and meeting production targets. Prior to this role, Nicholas worked at Shell from June 2018 to June 2020 as the Offshore Maintenance Team Leader, overseeing maintenance for the Maui A & B platforms. Nicholas's extensive career began in January 2002 at Shell Todd Oil Services, where various positions were held, including Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Planner & Scheduler, Senior Mechanical Maintenance Technician, Offshore Senior Mechanical Maintenance Technician, and Maintenance and Diagnostic Apprentice. Nicholas completed education at Francis Douglas Memorial College from 1993 to 1999.
